EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We at Fran Design have developed an exchange and return policy based on the consumer code.

 

To request the exchange or return of your product, send an email to francisca@frandesign.com.br  stating the reason why you want to exchange or return the product.

 

EXCHANGE

The exchange of products purchased through the online store must be made by email at francisca@frandesign.com.br, within a period of up to 7 calendar days after receipt.

For the exchange, the following must be observed:

​

- The product must not show any signs of use, washing or modification made by the customer;

​

- The product must be in the original packaging with the label attached;

​

- If the customer no longer has the original packaging, he must pack the product in packaging that adequately protects it against damage and send it to Fran Design at the address we will inform you when arranging the return.

Fran Design is responsible for the shipping cost of this return (from the customer to the company). When the return is made, a coupon will be issued for the new purchase in the value of the products, and if the new purchase generates a new shipping, this will be on behalf of the buyer.

Shipping costs of the previous purchase will not be refunded, and the customer will receive exactly the amount paid for the products at the time of the order.

Fran Design reserves the right not to accept the return of the product if the above has not been observed. In this case, the returned product will be resent to the customer without prior consultation.

​

The returned product will be subjected to analysis upon arrival. The period for analysis is up to 30 days, counted from the receipt of the product.

​

After analysis, the customer will be informed, via email, about the exchange voucher for the value of the returned product, so that he can make a new purchase on the site.

DEVOLUTION

​

For the return of the product, the customer must express his interest in giving up the purchase within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

​

The returned product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use. It is mandatory to return the product with its original packaging. If the customer no longer has the original packaging, he must pack the product in packaging that adequately protects it against damage and send it to Fran Design at the address we will inform you when arranging the return.

 

For products purchased on sale, the amount refunded will refer to the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase.
